The tomb is flanked on both sides by outer walling and a displaced roof lintel stone lies to the south east.

Folklore

Lisnadarragh, from the Irish; Lios na Darach, meaning Fort of the Oak. Recorded in local folk tradition as a giant's grave, however the name of the giant is unknown.
